How did you hear about nights?
A: I was previously in the guild.
Why are you interested in joining us?
A: Now that I've begun playing again, I desire a guild environment that I am both familiar with, and know to be full of excellent people, except Aldrin , who smells bad.
Why did you choose this class?
A: Honestly, when i started playing back in vanilla....I didn't know anything about the class. However, with time (and 96 days /played on this character), I've learned to thoroughly enjoy the complex class that is rogue.
Why did you choose this spec?
A: Currently, I have my dual talent specs set for 20/51/0 Combat Swords as my main and 41/5/25 Mutilate Hybrid as my offspec. This gives me the ability to both PvE and PvP whenever I desire. I realize that there are currently higher DPS specs out there, but combat gives me excellent dungeon farming and soloing capabilities. Also, at my current gear level, (I just hit 80 at 4 am server :P) the DPS increases/decreases are negligible.

Do you agree to abide by the loot policy?
A: Of course.
We raid Tuesday - Wednesday with invites beginning around 7:40pm (server) and finishing around 11:00pm. Can you regularly attend both days?
A: My attendance will always be exemplary, I will show up early and stay as late as needed. My only exceptions are family circumstances, and death of myself.
Please list the last 3 guilds you were in and describe the reasons you are no longer with them.
A: My last three guilds (starting with my last and working my way back) were Maximum prestige, Courage, and Nights. Maximum Prestige was the last guild I was in, I left because I was frankly burned out. Raiding four nights a week for four to five hours coupled with all the extras like gold farming and jewels and blah blah blah...killed me, I was putting in 40 hour weeks and hated it. I left courage to go to Maximum Prestige because I joined Courage at a point when their core raiders were all getting special attention, and I received little to no help. Finally, I left Nights to get into the end-game progression scene. On a side note: I also left Courage and Maximum Prestige because they gave me the douche chills and tried to eat my soul.
Why do you raid?
A: I raid to have fun in a serious manner, if that makes sense. An elegant pull, or supremely executed kill are fun to me, but require a level of concentration and skill that prohibits frivolousness.
In your opinion, what makes a raiding guild successful and what makes a raiding guild unsuccessful?
A: While successful raids are a combination of many different factors, the one thing that sticks out to me as important is communication. Like so many other situations in life (tacky, I know), the abilities to speak and be heard, as well as to listen and process are key.

What do you hope to get from a new guild that your current guild doesn't provide?
A: I am neither in a guild, nor would I ever apply to another guild while in one. -

A good rule of thumb is if Aldrin would deny you, you get a guild invite and at least 3 or 4 instant promotions.
