How did you hear about Nights? Recruitment post on the WoW Forums

Why are you interested in joining us? I am a casual player and not always able to dedicate a full week to raiding every week. I do enjoy raiding and I want to do it with a firm group rather than always pugging (which I have been). Your guild was perfect with the raid times and dates.

Why did you choose this class? I have a few characters, but druid is something I recently started playing again and I really enjoying raid healing as a resto druid.

Why did you choose this spec? Healing is kind of my thing - I'm not so good at DPS or tanking.

    ***** Raid Experience *****

Do you agree to abide by the loot policy?: Yes

We raid Tuesday - Wednesday with invites beginning around 7:40pm (server) and finishing around 11:00pm. Can you regularly attend both days? Yes

What kind of attendance can we expect from you upon being invited to be a raid with Nights? If I am able to make the raid I will always stay till the end unless some emergency comes up.

Please list the last 3 guilds you were in and describe the reasons you are no longer with them: Recent transfer to the server and have not raided since ToC (Pugs not included). I do promise though that I understand the current raiding content and have experience in it. I do not require someone needing to teach me every fight. :)

Why do you raid? I enjoy playing WoW and grouping with people I enjoy as friends.

In your opinion, what makes a raiding guild successful and what makes a raiding guild unsuccessful? A positive atmosphere where people are able to work together and get along. I don't think harsh criticism and negative attitude like yelling at someone for a simple mistake is effective at all. My old guild leader personally did that to our guild members and it made us feel horrible and not do any better about ourselves (but mostly because he would just say harsh things and not criticize what we did wrong at all. Just call us something vulgar). If you're going to criticize, be constructive. This also goes along with adding positive atmosphere to the raid.

    ***** Miscellaneous *****

References: None that I know of

What do you hope to get from a new guild that your current guild doesn't provide? I'm not really familiar with anyone in this guild to be honest. They're just nice people, but they do not raid unfortunately.
