  Ive raided as of late Ulduar, and ICC
  
  Do you agree to abide by the loot policy?:
  Yes
  We raid Tuesday - Wednesday with invites beginning around 7:40pm (server) and finishing around 11:00pm. Can you regularly attend both days? Yes
  
  What kind of attendance can we expect from you upon being invited to be a raid with Nights? Typically can be present unless my family needs me, or work calls.
  
  Please list the last 3 guilds you were in and describe the reasons you are no longer with them: Revelations, chaos controlled, Smoke free
  
  Why do you raid? I enjoy downing bosses and working as a cohesive group, I do not mind wiping or dieing as long as the raid learns from every experience.
  
  In your opinion, what makes a raiding guild successful and what makes a raiding guild unsuccessful? A successful raiding guild will have friends that will have a combined need for helping the friend and guild progress. unsuccessful is selfish people who all have different goals or in it just for gear and nothing more.

  Sorry for not putting on reasons for leaving, Most of the reasons for leaving were either the guild was to hardcore for me to play in. One died out when they went back to their horde guild. The other was a casual guild that had a couple 80s.
